AI Production Scheduling • SaaS (Class 042)

Plan it Pablo.
AI scheduling for real manufacturing plants.

Pablo™ is a cloud-based, AI-assisted online software service for managing and analyzing business operations — including production scheduling, planning, logistics, and procurement. It connects to your ERP and inventory data to build clear, executable schedules that respect machine capacity, raw material constraints, and real customer demand.

Pablo is currently available to select partners through private, secure online portals.

What Pablo Does

Pablo™ is offered as an online, non-downloadable software service (SaaS) under the Pablogic™ brand. Pablo is an AI-assisted, browser-based business analysis and decision platform that integrates operational, financial, sales, workforce, and inventory data into a shared system of insight.

The Pablo™ service ingests sales orders, pricing data, work orders, BOMs, machine rates, locations, inventory balances, and capacity constraints, then presents this information through role-based views used by teams across sales, operations, management, and human resources.

Using Pablo, teams can evaluate questions such as:

  • What work should be prioritized based on demand, margin, and capacity?
  • How do pricing, availability, and delivery decisions impact execution?
  • Where do material, labor, or capacity constraints limit outcomes?

Pablo supports planning and what-if analysis across departments by integrating demand signals, inventory balances, pricing, and capacity data with financial, sales, workforce, and analytical views. This enables users to explore tradeoffs, adjust assumptions, and align decisions with business goals — all within a single, browser-based online software platform.

The result is a continuously updated operational view of the business that teams can access, analyze, and act on through a web browser, replacing disconnected spreadsheets and siloed decision tools.

Key Capabilities

Smart Scheduling

Pablo prioritizes production based on due dates, demand, and gaps in finished-goods inventory, then assigns work to the right machines based on product characteristics and machine capabilities.

  • Machine-by-machine schedule views
  • Unscheduled demand bucket for new work
  • Day-by-day breakdowns of planned output

Material Sufficiency

Pablo cross-checks work orders against raw material and WIP inventory and flags shortages before they hit the floor.

  • Checks BOM components against on-hand inventory
  • Highlights items that depend on incoming POs
  • Shows when you can safely release new work

Capacity & What-Ifs

Understand how many hours per day each machine can run and what happens when you move work between lines or locations.

  • Machine-hour limits by line and location
  • Available capacity flagged per day
  • Scenario planning for extra shifts or transfers

Sample Use – How Pablo Is Used in Practice

Pablo is used by manufacturing planners through a secure, browser-based interface. After logging in to a client portal, a planner can review the live schedule, drag work orders between machines, and release new work based on material and capacity sufficiency.

Below are representative examples of how Pablo appears in use as online non-downloadable software for production scheduling and capacity planning:

Machine Schedule View
A planner signs in to the Pablo portal and views each machine’s schedule for the next several days, including existing work orders and unscheduled demand. Work orders can be dragged between machines to adjust the plan.
Material Sufficiency Check
Pablo shows which scheduled items are fully covered by on-hand and incoming raw materials, and which items depend on future purchase orders before they can safely run.
Capacity & What-If Planning
A supervisor uses Pablo to test moving a high-priority order to another line. The system updates available hours by machine and highlights where additional shifts or transfers may be required.

These examples illustrate Pablo’s use in commerce as an online, non-downloadable software service for production scheduling, capacity planning, and inventory-aware manufacturing operations (International Class 042).

Private Client Portals

Pablo is deployed through private, secure portals for each client. Portals can be locked down by IP, VPN, or SSO and connected to a live or staging copy of your ERP and inventory data.

Each portal gives planners, supervisors, and operations teams a shared view of the schedule — with drag-and-drop tools to move work between machines and manage unscheduled demand.

Existing portals include dedicated environments for specific plants and locations. Additional portals can be provisioned for new facilities as needed.

Example: the Pablo client login at jpl.pablogic.com provides browser-based access to the Pablo scheduling service for an active client environment. Only approved IP address may reach this site.

Work With Pablo

Pablo is ideal for manufacturers and processors who want to modernize production planning without ripping out their ERP system. If your team is still living in spreadsheets, Pablo can help.
